After personally experiencing the transformative benefits of therapies like cryotherapy, red light therapy, infrared sauna, cold plunges, and compression, Andrew Robison the owner saw a growing need in Boone County for a space dedicated to complete mind-body wellness.

As a lifelong athlete who loves training and competing, Andrew underwent major shoulder surgery in May 2024. During his recovery, he leaned heavily on these same therapies to manage pain, rebuild strength, and regain mental clarity. What started as a personal necessity quickly revealed something bigger: Boone County and the surrounding areas lacked a comprehensive place focused equally on physical recovery, mental well-being, and long-term health. That realization became the foundation for this center—a welcoming space built from Andrew’s own journey, designed to help others heal, perform, and feel their best without having to search far and wide for the tools that actually work.
